Another thought: Why is it inexplicably forbidden at intersections
with low pedestrian traffic and high vehicle traffic, like Mineral
Point and Midvale, while it is permitted at those with extremely
heavy pedestrian and/or bike traffic, like Park and University, or
Monroe/Regent/Breeze Terrace? Squeaky wheels? At whom should we
squeak?
