I noticed the same thing earlier this week. It isn't everywhere yet. I checked the Katy trail in Missouri, and while it is listed it isn't yet route-able. They made a really low key announcement about it on the 13th. http://google-latlong.blogspot.com/2009/10/your-world-your-map.html
