I don't know anything about this incident, but I do think this intersection needs attention. I often see drivers going west on Regent turn left onto Monroe long after their green arrow ends. They are very surprised to see bikes in the cross walk. They are often talking on cell phones. The last time this happened to me was yesterday. In general, there is a lot of red light running at this intersection too. I just saw a school bus run a red today.
