Hi! As I become more familiar with what goes on in the bike world here in Brazil I'm finding a lot of activity in some cities (mostly very little activity but some very strong areas). One of those cities is Florianopolis in the southern state of Santa Catarina. The citizen participation there is strong as it is in Santos (São Paulo state) and the cyclist association in Florianopolis has posted a very interesting article on Santos traffic data which I have translated (just the cover page - I wouldn't dare to try to translate all of the linked data).
