A lot of good discussion here refuting the writer's points. The most glaring irony to me is that each of the projects he mentioned serve motorists as well by separating bicycles from cars. Ie. Bicycles can get to the research park without riding on Mineral Point Rd. Bicycles using a completed Old Middleton Rd. will likely be avoiding University Avenue. Etc.
