Yup; if you can't figure out how to light it up, you're too drunk to ride....

The seat post mount doesn't make it compatible with "all bicycle types" as 
advertised. 
The seatpost on my Rans semi-recumbent is waaaay bigger than that clamp could 
handle, and 
at about a 45-dgree angle.

And that white light had better point DOWNward. Any white light pointed 
rearward, by 
state law in every state here in the US, means REVERSE. The stylized photos 
don't shed 
much light (pun intended) on how this thing really operates, but if it projects 
the white 
light the way it appears to, that's just hanging a "pull me over" sign on your 
back.

Oh, and "...no need for additional safety apparel such as safety vests..." -- 
tee hee.

It's got merits, and modes promise, but it's no panacea (no one gadget is).
