The Service Dr between Memorial Union and the Limnology/Lakeshore Path will be closed Wed 3/31 and possibly part of Thursday 04/01. We hope to be able to divert through-cyclists to the sidewalk along the waterfront from the Hoofers' Loading Zone to Parking Lot 8 (east of Limnology) so that access to the Lakeshore Path can be maintained.
Please exercise caution in the area - do not go past the road closed signs barricading the crane on the service drive, and walk your bike or ride slowly and cautiously on the waterfront, yielding to pedestrians where bikes are not normally expected. Unanticipated repairs to the roof of the Water Science Building necessitate the short notice. Apologies for any inconvenience.
