Uhhhh.... Speedway. For Crimeasake, even the name encourages speeding.
I think MPD is building its retirement fund just from the traps on
this one road.
With in the city limits? How about Eastwood, Whitney Way between Tokay
and Mineral Point, Raymond, Campus Drive, John Nolen Drive, Junction
Road, Packers Avenue, Anderson between the airport and MATC, East
Washington, Cottage Grove east of Stoughton Rd... the list goes on. It
might be shorter to list the arterial streets that *don't* encourage
speeding...

(Who has never gotten a speeding ticket, but came way too close to
getting a whopper in Fitchburg last summer. I'm only proud of the
former, not the latter.)
