The entire MRT from McKee Road to Dodgeville is DNR responsibility. I'm sure DNR folks will be working in full force this weekend collecting "tolls". Maintenance may be another issue.
Blue Mound State Park (608-437-5711) was notified - I think they are the "go to" folks for the MRT.
