New City Bicycle Recovery Specialist
There is a new City Bicycle Recovery Specialist (person to whom you can report
abandoned bikes) in the Madison Police Dept. She can be contacted either by
email or cell. Her office is located in the City County Building Property Room
and she works M-F 12:30 to 4:30.
