At this point, I wish that I'd stepped inside Subway to see if the driver of the tanker truck was ordering a sandwich, but alas we may never know. I'm not sure that I'd implicate the WID/MIR construction project because it was on the block west of it, and it seems like they're focused on the east side of the building now. My top theory is that the need for a breakfast sub caused the driver to stop there.
