It's pretty easy to make a handlebar camera mount for a bike. You just need a few bucks of stuff from the hardware store and a spare bike light mount. I made one myself using directions similar to the ones at http://www.camerahacker.com/build/Bicycle_Camera_Mount.php Your camera attaches to it using the standard tripod hole included on the bottom of most cameras.
