If I'm not mistaken, that rack is outside Community Pharmacy. I can't remember the last time, peak or off-peak, that I found an empty slot. I'm usually the sixth or seventh bike there, if I don't throw up my hands and look for a signpost or light pole.

You saw one of the car park ramps stuffed with twice as many cars as it was designed for? http://userpages.chorus.net/elephant/overfullbikerack.jpg 2010/11/08, 18:45 CST; Design capacity: 3 vehicles; Usage: 6 vehicles. This was BEFORE I arrived (see bike locked to touristy "info" sign in background). A Monday evening in November. Imagine if, at an "off peak" time, one of the ramps saw this kind of use. How quickly would another ramp be slapped up? What will it take to get parking capacity to accommodate PEAK usage? --------------------- Paul T.
