Here's an interesting little video from Copenhagenize.com. This is an artist
who taped in parking spaces for bicycles in a public space and did a time-lapse
movie of the project. I guess if you tape it, they will come, to paraphrase the
saying. Personally I don't know if Madisonians are that orderly but it would be
an interesting project someday.
