Here is an article where the Union Pacific has cooperated with a bike project over the Mississippi in Memphis. Perhaps Madison can now strike a deal with the UPRR on two projects. The Sherman Flyer along the UPRR on the northside and the Cap City Trail along the UPRR on the east side.
