I was going to ask about that, as I managed to snake my way through
yesterday. The contractors are using the Jenifer St. terminus/turnaround
as a staging area and are NOT expecting bikes/peds to be passing
through, so watch yourselves if you try (not recommended)

We are working to get a signed detour in place to take Blount St. up to the
Capital City Path and back across Williamson on Livingston. The path needs to
be closed because electrical conduits are being installed under the crossing of
Blount St., and with the other construction activities immediately adjacent,
the safest route is to take the bike path.
