I am enormously pleased to learn that connecting the Capital City Trail to the Glacial Drumlin Trail was one of your first acts as Dane County Executive. Having bicycled along the existing on-road connections a number of times I can assure you that they are not adequately safe for "normal" riders - especially during rush hours.
