I missed a great photo for lack
of a camera with me. I was walking past
Monona Terrace, where there is one of those expensive short-term bike
rental stations. If you haven't seen it, the one at Monona Terrace isn't
one of the smaller ones seen around downtown with a half-dozen or so bikes,
but two really long rows of bikes. At the near end of the rows was a guy
with a human-powered bicycle pump inflating the tires on one of the bikes.
