I have spoke to various agencies: City, State, MPO in the past about this issue, and after writing the above blog in June, finally remembered to forward the photos. (City street, funded in part by the MPO, under a State highway.) After the money to build the Todd Dr "bike and pedestrian facilities" was stolen from another worthy project, I was appalled to see the result was actually very dangerous for bicyclists.
