I'd like to ask where to send a complaint about a UPS truck yesterday evening driving exclusively in the bike lanes on Segoe Road from Mineral Point to Regent St. Mind you, there was no motor vehicle traffic and there was bike traffic. At least the truck (25393) pulled into the motor vehicle lane to pass. Note that there were only two deliveries in that 3/4 mile stretch. Thanks in advance, -Bill
