Let's say I go for a bike ride in Hull, riding legally and safely, and
suddenly my blood sugar drops and I pass out and end up laying in the road.
Since it appears that drivers in Hull are failing to anticipate all
potential hazards (pedestrians and bicyclists in unexpected places (to
drivers) on the road is not sufficient by itself to create a safety
problem), my safety is therefore compromised. Banning automobiles would
prevent this safety hazard.
