This is simply a maintenance resurface project.  There is no grading planned.  
The current 
blacktop is 22 feet wide with nominal 2-foot shoulders.  The plan is to 
resurface to 24 feet, 
but stripe for 11 foot lanes (22 feet).  So we get 1-foot paved shoulders.  I 
talked to Dave 
Layton about the section from just south of the USH 151 bridge to the first two 
roads to the 
north (where the project ends).  Dave confirmed that this section has wider 
shoulders.  I 
requested that this section be paved with 3 to 4 foot paved shoulders - he 
agreed.

Anywhere there is beam guard the shoulders should be paved full width.
