While this long overdue clarification was needed, it is really merely a 
minor technical adjustment to state statutes and not worthy of  
the"bi-partitionship" praise given it. After all, the divisive right-wing 
governor and his Tea Party co-conspirators are the only beneficiaries of such 
praise.
 
Passed during the "special jobs session"? I wonder how many new jobs this 
legislation will produce? I guess a few more Chinese manufacturing jobs for 
rear LED lights counts for something! (n.b. the photo of the governor signing 
this with his "Open for Business" placard. Sheesh.)
