State Street in POOR condition unplowed with 2+" bus chum [STUDDED tires]

Yep! all the way from ex-Borders to Old Middleton! Appeared to be the
same plow (hope that doesn't get anybody in a boundary dispute) It's
like another xmas present!
Lake shore path was fine as was the U. Bay fields path.
