Most Paths & lanes unplowed and barely passable, same with most
secondary streets.
Exceptions:
JND path plowed, clear between Wingra path and Monona Terrace (probably
beyond as well )~ 2:00pm [studded tires]
Wingra Path plowed from Park St. to JND in fair condition ~ 1:30
[studded tires]
Isthmus path cleared to Thornton EXCEPT Wilson street (unplowed car crap)
