OK, I signed up. There's just one problem. I know I have to go on a business trip in April, and will be stuck for 24 hours in an airport hotel with no access to a bike. Maybe I can cheat by using their exercise bike.
I think the idea of getting people to just get on the bike - take it out of the basement, pump up the tires, make sure it's not unreachable behind the car, etc. is a great idea. Once people get ON the bike, they will ride it. For many people it's actually getting on the bike that keeps them from using it more often.
