Many times I have biked to the drive-up at Summit Credit Union on WestWash
without any problems or dirty looks. But in that same little shopping
strip there used to be a AAA (since moved to the far east sprawl land). I
haven't gotten much of anything from AAA in ages, but when I used to go
there to get maps or books, there no bike racks nearby. (At the time, I
don't know about more recently, the only racks I knew of there at all were
those useless "wave" racks near where the video store and Kinko's are or
used to be (opposite end of strip mall from AAA and Summit.) Not only were
there no convenient racks for the businesses at that end, the windows had
international circle/slash symbols denoting that bikes were not to be
leaned against the building. (This was a landlord issue, not the
individual business.) With no bike parking, naturally, I would roll my
bicycle in to AAA to get my maps. (How's that for irony?) I got slightly
odd looks the first couple times, but no one said anything (thereby denying
me a convenient opportunity to complain about no racks), and after a while,
they remembered me and got used my bringing the bike in their office.

I also occasionally would bring my bike in to Summit as well if it was for
business more than just a withdrawal or deposit at the drive-through.
