The first thing I noticed about article was that they managed to show a
photo of someone going the wrong way - against the giant arrow on the road
- down a green bike lane. The photographer couldn't have waited a minute or
two for someone NOT going against traffic?

Or perhaps the editor simply is clueless. But I find it depressing that the
NY Times would have fallen in talent to the point where they would employ
anyone so blind that s/he couldn't see the obvious flaw in the photo. And
then they put in this caption, "RE-ENGINEERING New York has done much to
improve safety, with projects like this bike lane near Columbus Circle."
