May 1 - August 31, 2012 [http://bfw.org/wp-content/uploads/2011/09/register-now-button-pilll-red-md.png]<http://www.endomondo.com/campaign/national> The Wisconsin Bike Challenge<http://bfw.org/for-your-business/wisconsin-bike-challenge/> is a FREE event that provides a fun and simple opportunity to track bicycle miles to win awesome prizes and earn bicycle bragging rights within the workplace, home and your community! The Wisconsin Bike Challenge is open to anyone who loves to bike. From mountain biking to bike commuting to a leisurely ride with the family on a Sunday afternoon, all types of bicycling miles and trips can be counted in the Challenge. Sign up with your business or participate as an individual. Once you are logged in, you'll be able to see how you, your team, your workplace, and your community stack up to others across the state. It's easy, it's fun, and best of all it's FREE! Learn more about this year's Challenge<http://bfw.org/2012/04/11/sign-up-for-2012-wisconsin-bike-challenge-is-now-open/>. Download a toolkit to help get the Challenge started in your workplace<http://bfw.org/wp-content/uploads/2012/04/2012-Challenge-Toolkit.pdf> Building off of last year's experience and success, we've made big improvements to the Challenge web tool to make every aspect of participating in the Challenge super simple and fun! Here's a short list of exciting improvements: Logging miles - There are two great options for logging miles. The easiest solution is to download the app<http://www.endomondo.com/campaign/national/download> for your Garmen or smart phone. It's free and using the app makes logging your miles effortless. If smart phones aren't your thing, we've made HUGE improvements to the manual trip logger at the Challenge site. Entering miles will take you less than 30 seconds. The Challenge has gone national! - Because of the great success of our Challenge in 2011, Kimberly-Clark teamed up with Bikes Belong and the League of American Bicyclists to offer the Challenge to all 50 states. We will still operate a local Wisconsin Challenge, but being tied into the National Challenge will give participants the chance to win awesome prizes and see how Wisconsin stacks up against the other states. Let's show Iowa and Minnesota who's boss! Amazing prizes - Because we are part of a National Challenge, the incredible prizes available include several bikes, exciting bicycle vacations, jerseys and much more. Don't forget about Wisconsin's Bike To Work Week May 14-18<http://bfw.org/events/bike-to-work-week-may-14-18/>. This is a great week to focus on promoting bicycling within your workplace and pumping up participation in the Challenge.
