Ahh, but we know that the “kids” could have studied a bit more instead of playing with their cars for the last century. It is only a hard test if you aren’t motivated to prepare for it – and clearly, even in “bike friendly” Madison, it is much easier to get a 20% increase for major road funding than it is to get a 20% increase for bicycle infrastructure funding since 2007.
