Beginning Monday, June 11 through Friday, June 22, 2012, repair work on the Water Sciences building will narrow the service drive to Limnology and the Howard Temin Lakeshore Path off of Park Street to one lane of traffic. Please exercise caution in the area.
>From UW Facilities, Planning, & Management: Starting next Monday, June 11th, Bachman Construction will be coming to the Water Sciences building to repair exterior masonry deterioration along the North wall of the building. This will require that the road off of Park St that is to the North of Water Sciences be closed off to one-lane traffic so the contractor can set up scaffolding to reach the second story: where the issues are. The contractor will provide proper signage and will not disrupt and traffic flow through the open lane. I will continue to send out notices as the project progresses if anything changes.
