For anyone still to venture out, the block immediately east of Charter Street Power Plant, and the westerly access ramp at Murray are coated in an extensive blanket of broken glass. Maintenance report in progress.
Having had at least a half dozen flats over the years from this condition, I think we need to advocate to our city council reps and mayor that instead of returning so much of the collected alcohol license fees to establishments, some needs to be kept for a flat tire reimbursement fund. And yes, it IS mostly (or entirely) alcohol bottles.
