If anyone wants the play-by-play, final vote roll call, and stated or
implied reasons for voting one way or the other, let me know. I'm way too
tired to deal with it tonight, and in general am glad it's over, but I can
share insights - maybe off line, to not stir things up again - if you are
still curious.

Just a quick note. There was a motion to refer - that is not vote on yet -
until June. Some alders thought they could work on the proposal and get
more people on board, find a better lighting solution, or ???  That motion
was voted down. I think many alders just wanted it done with or thought
nothing of substance would change between now and June.

Then the final vote to approve the lighting was 12-7 (one absent.)

There was lots more in between, but that's the short version.
