The Bike Fed is going to save the day you say? Here’s what my sources say about the Bike Fed’s lobbying ability:

But at this point, the budget isn’t going to change much according to what I’ve been reading. The time of greatest potential influence has passed, and at that time the bike fed stuck with its flawed message that does not resonate with Republicans. It’s not like this is a surprise – I’ve been hammering on this point for a couple of years now. Given the change in funding method and lots of unknowns (even including impending Sequester) this whole area is in a state of flux, economically and politically. We have a long way to go, and I admit to not being able to project the end result or to ascribe set-in-cement positions to people at this point. Politics is fluid, to say the least. These things aren't written in stone. They morph as they are being manipulated by special interests, and we are a special interest. Some would say one of the good ones, others not. And we will be doing some manipulating. If your sources are as good as you say, why don't you link them up with the lobbyists at Bike Fed. I'm sure they'd welcome the benefit of all information you can provide. Join the cause, because it is going to be through Bike Fed that the funding methods and levels will be written.
