The Southwest and Capital City trails were in really nice condition this morning, but there are some very slippery spots outside the ground floor entrance to the Monona Terrace elevator. I got off my bike to walk toward the elevator and suddenly found myself on the ground. Bikers who use the elevator this morning should watch where they step.
