I agree that this looks like a pretty homogeneous route Segoe/South Hill Drive/Rosa Road/Regent Street and back to Segoe. If I¹m remembering all these streets correctly and as corroborated by a look at a Google satellite map, they are exclusively residential with the exception of the two big parks, Rennebohm and Garner, and the elementary school park. I could ride these routes everyday without much issue with car traffic.
