City press release doesn't say if the block will be closed to bicyclists. "Beginning Monday, March 25th through Tuesday, March 26th, Stevens Construction will be disassembling a crane in the 1300 block of W. Dayton Street. This will require the closure of W. Dayton Street between Randall Avenue and Orchard Street. Access to the Union South parking ramp will be maintained from the east. Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes to avoid delays.
