People's definition of "for all abilities" is sure to vary.

I certainly wouldn't call the Wednesday Night Rides "for all abilities,"
assuming that includes people with basic commuter bikes, people that
haven't been biking in a decade or more, and/or families.

I know that Luna Chix - a women's biking group - has a no-drop ride series.
you can probably google that.

There are also several Meet-Up groups that seem to have introductory-level
rides scheduled, such as a ride through/around the Arb or around Lake
Monona.
