The only Arlington that I know of in Madison is Arlington Place, a small, entirely residential street in University Heights. There are only eight properties on the street, and each is assessed at over $500K, according to the City Assessor's site. (I've knocked on all the doors when running for office, so knew what they looked like, but was curious about the prices.)
