1. It's not going to work in a metal seat tube, which makes a dandy faraday
cage. Try the underside of a seat.
2. Android 4.3 landed about a week ago. A key feature is low-power
bluetooth, which is what this device requires. It will be a while before
4.3 is pervasive- so far just for Nexus 4 and Nexus 7 devices. But it will
also be a whle before the Tiles ship.

OAN, I worry a little about this system. It might be the world's largest
lost and found, but it may also become the world's easiest stalking and
location surveillance tool. It isn't evident to me how abuse like that is
intended to be prevented.
