In the interest of accuracy.... It was pointed out to me that the $20 UW bCycle discounted membership is not limited to UW students, but is also available to UW faculty/staff. My error. In any event, if you don't have a current/official UW affiliation (student/faculty/staff), $24 for a renewal or new bCycle membership is pretty darn close to that UW rate.
This is my second year as a bCycle member, and although I renewed for this year at last year's "member appreciation party" for a discounted rate (forgot exactly what it was $30? $35?), this $24 rate (including the additional 20% discount) is even lower. --------------------------------------------- I stumbled upon a LivingSocial offer for discounted bCycle annual memberships, and am passing along the information to anyone wo might be interested. The deal is for $30 (full price is $65/year), but if you buy one (good for either new memberships or renewals) by 31-August, you can get an extra 20% off using the promotion code MELT20, $24 net price. The only way I know of to get it cheaper than that is to qualify for a $20 UW (and only UW, not other schools) student membership. <https://www.livingsocial.com/deals/770100?ref=share-link-ost&rpi=130874336&rui=81045713> _______________________________________________ Bikies mailing list [email protected] http://lists.danenet.org/listinfo.cgi/bikies-danenet.org
