Got the forwarded post below from a national list - the one from Rob
Sadowsky. Thought folks might be interested. Obviously, we'd have to fill
in local and/or state numbers to make this accurate for Madison or
Wisconsin, especially since most bicycling is on local roads, and those are
paid for almost exclusively via property taxes.
