Thanks for the update Chuck,
I've really come to somewhat dislike that intersection, now that I have to go
through it daily. It's not quite as bad as my old frustrations with the path
crossing on W Wash, near the soon "Motorless Motion," but almost the same
dislike.
However, it seems like the crossing at HIghland is more often under
construction or needing to be detoured for different reasons, which does
elevate it up my list of irritating crossings. I hope the wayfinding/signage is
better than the last time they needed to detour it, which I never quite figured
out where they wanted me to go...?

Subject: [Bikies] Campus Drive Path Detour east of Highland Ave begins Feb 4
Beginning tomorrow, traffic on the Campus Drive Path will be detoured from just
east of Highland Ave through the Forest Products parking lot north of the path
to facilitate work on a water main there.
The contractor has arranged for lighting the parking lot after dark, and will
have detour signs in place. I do not know how long the work will last; I only
learned of it myself just now.
Please exercise caution in the area.
