It really is an ongoing problem there. Just last week, the section
underneath Verona Rd was completely covered with multiple kinds of glass.
It was there for 2-3 days before getting swept.

Report-a-problem seems to get a pretty swift response for broken glass
generally, but I wonder if key problem areas like this should just be on a
routine sweeping schedule?

Also, it'd be great to have a smartphone app for RAP that made it
easier/faster to log issues. You could theoretically snap a picture and
send the location automatically with two or three taps (your personal info
would be stored in the app). The way it's set up now takes quite a bit of
typing and doesn't really facilitate on-the-spot reporting.
