I'm with Robbie on this one.
A couple of points.
* Why is the path even closed? Construct a temporary access off of Portage
for the
construction equipment or create a temporary path entrance onto Portage
very near the
current path entrance.
* Most construction site entrances do not close the sidewalk. Why so in this
case?
Traffic Section should review this one again.
