Robbie ---------- Forwarded message ---------- [image: Bike Madison] Path Detour on John Nolen / Capital City Path On May 19, construction will begin on new railings and other improvements at the southern-most Causeway bridge on the John Nolen Path (a-k-a Capital City Path), just north of Lakeside Drive. This project will necessitate closing the section of bike / pedestrian path from Lakeside Drive to North Shore Drive, and users will be requested to use a detour route around the construction. Please see the Detour Map<https://my.cityofmadison.com/emaillists/redirect.cfm?ID=80847&MID=17462&LID=133>for the location of the construction and detour route. The construction is expected to continue for approximately 3 weeks. The improvement will widen the path and approaches to the bridge, similar to the project done on the two northerly bridges a couple years ago.
