The meeting is to discuss closing one block of Jackson St for the summer to motor vehicles. This is located one block east of the Harmony Bar. It's the little street that the bike path crosses, between Atwood and St. Paul Ave. The Chocolate Shoppe has just opened a small shop there serving from the front window of the tiny building on the corner of Jackson and Atwood. If closed, the street could be used as pedestrian space, perhaps with tables and chairs and planters.
