Subject: Madison in Motion: Bicycle Mobile Workshop

Greetings !  You are invited to participate in a special “Bicycle Mobile 
Workshop”, a focused outreach event being sponsored by the City of Madison - - 
this event will be held in conjunction with a 4-day Madison in Motion planning 
charrette/workshop taking place next week (see attached flyer describing the 
4-day event) - - the two-hour Bicycle Mobile Workshop will be held:

- Wednesday, July 16, 4:00-6:00 p.m., departing from the Madison Senior Center 
(330 West Mifflin)

The Mobile Workshop will be led by Toole Design Group and City of Madison 
planning, traffic and engineering staff - - the workshop will last 
approximately 120 minutes and is structured to examine current bikeways and 
practices in Madison….  the workshop will visit several challenging streets and 
intersections where possible solutions will be discussed- -  There will be many 
stops and the entire workshop will cover a course of less 10 miles by bicycle.

If interested, PLEASE RSVP as soon as possible, as space is limited- - you will 
need your own bicycle and helmet.
