Well, for what it's worth, I know the researcher. He's a friend of someone at my work and a generally very good guy on transportation issues. I'm sure he would appreciate as many responses as he can get, including from people that don't even bike.
The survey was interesting and asks your opinion of breaking traffic laws as a motorist, bicyclist, pedestrian, as well as your thoughts on others not strictly obeying traffic laws. It also asks how comfortable you are riding in a variety of circumstances.
