I would suggest that all residents of Madison on this list make sure to call/email the WiSJ to correct the misunderstanding that, "None of the Cap City and intersection work is funded with fees collected on bicyclists."
In fact, as we all know, we all pay property taxes, whether we rent or own. Most of us also pay gas taxes, since most of us rent or own cars. So let's put this lie to rest once and for all.
